constructor Create; overload;
This constructor initializes an instance with default values.
By default the property GenericMapping is set to value TJwNullMapping which means that generic access rights cannot be used to access this objects. You can define your own generic mapping to specific access rights to allow such an access. However COM does not support it.
The DACL will be set to an ACL with no entries at all and thus denies everyone access.
