Parameters

SidAndAttributesArray: PSidAndAttributesArray 
The SID attribute array. Must not be nil.  
Count: Cardinal 
The number of members in the array. This count is not checked. 
Description

Creates a new Security ID list from a SidAndAttributesArray. You need to supply the count of array members.
