a PAccessAllowedAce or PAccessDeniedAce to be freed. It will be set to nil afterwards. If aPACE is nil nothing happens. 
Description

Free_PACE frees a PAccessDeniedAce access control list. It can free ACE memory created by Create_DenyACE .
