This unit provides conversion functions from windows api constants to delphi enumeration types and vice versa.

InheritFlagsValues	The following declarations are private. If you decide to extend or change the delphi enumeration type you must make sure that the map from enum typename to constant is correct. I use comma in front of the enumerations because pasdoc can recognize comments behind of declaration
