Create TBD. Using this constructor is stronly discouraged! It initialises all properties and sets TokenHandle to 0 and Shared to true

TJwSecurityToken.Create (TJwTokenHandle, TJwSharedHandle, TJwAccessMask) 

Create creates a token instance using an already existing token handle. It can be choosen whether the token instance will close the handle or not.
