Create copies the given parameters into a newly created instance. The resulted SID will be checked by CheckSID .

Create copies the given SID structure into a newly created instance. The resulted SID will be checked by CheckSID .

Create copies the given TSidAndAttributes structure into a newly created instance. The component attributes will be ignored. The resulted SID will be checked by CheckSID .
